ZOË WELCH by LAND + SEA​

Zoë is a happy-go-lucky dancer, ocean lover, writer, fitness professional, & rosé enthusiast. She's a West Coast transplant from Massachusetts by way of Missouri, and a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan. 

Most days she can be found bopping around SoCal teaching everything from fitness and dance to stand up paddle board yoga, sharing her bright smile and pure love for life with everyone she meets. Zoë believes there is nothing that a good laugh, some time at the beach and Stevie Wonder can't fix. Puppies work too. Always puppies. 

Zoë's goal each day is to empower her students and friends to live their strongest, healthiest, and happiest lives, one sweaty session at a time.
